Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
We charge a variable rate set by value of order, ranging from £1.50 to a maximum of £4.50(+VAT). Orders over £100.00 are carriage free for all orders placed for delivery in the UK, EU Shipping charge is £ 4.50 and £15.00 for the rest of the world

We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 a customer is entitled to cancel and/or arrange return of the goods ordered up to and within 7 days after receipt of said goods subject to certain conditions. This does not include goods that have been specifically made or altered to suit the customers own requirements.
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing within the specified time limit. The Wool Pen will accept this notice by post or e-mail. A telephone message does not qualify as a proper notice. It is the customers own responsibility to ensure the goods safe keeping and retention of quality and if goods are returned that are not faulty or wrongly despatched but simply returned as not required, then it is the customers responsibility to arrange this at the customers own expense. The Wool Pen is entitled to levy a return charge to cover the administration and re-packaging of said items at a cost of 30% + VAT of the retail price. We ensure that all items come sealed. Opened boxes cannot be returned. Unopened boxes may be returned subject to the following terms: It is the customers responsibility to arrange this at the customers own expense.
